Ray Burkart has extensive experience in executive leadership positions. Ray has enjoyed a versatile leadership career, where he has specialized as a turnaround executive of financially distressed business units. His career includes:
· Global Procurement Supplier Quality and Logistics Manager for Columbus McKinnon.
· President of Superior Machine Company of South Carolina, Inc., a machining and fabrication Company serving the steel, pulp and paper, and mining industries.
· Turnaround Executive for Matthews, Young and Associates, as well as serving as CEO and principal for The JEM Company, Inc. In this role, Ray has served as CEO, COO, and CFO for client companies.
· Ray is a retired colonel in the United States Marine Corps reserve.
· Ray received a Masters in Strategic Studies at the Army War College, a Master’s in Finance & Public Administration at the University of Baltimore and a BS degree at Indiana University.
An Air Force veteran who has served in positions including Plant Manager, Director of Manufacturing, Operations Manager and Quality Manager. Allen holds a BS in Business Management from Gardner-Webb University. Allen has published in Quality Progress an article titled "Lean Today, Here Tomorrow", as well as a thesis titled " Six Sigma, Fact or Fiction", analyzing different quality processes including Six Sigma, Lean, Theory of Constraints among others. He is dedicated to working hand in hand with your team to provide tools that will generate measurable and sustainable improvements to your bottom line results.
